Bulldog Service Center

The Bulldog Service Center, located in the lower level of the Ferris Outfitters campus store, offers excellent student-focused services including Parking Services, Dining Services, and ID Card Services.

1. Go to idcard.ferris.edu and log in
2. Click on "ID Request & Photo Upload" on the side navigation menu
3. Follow the provided instructions
4. Once you receive an email confirmation that your ID has been printed, pick it up at the Bulldog Service Center

First ID card is free. Replacing a damaged ID card is free in exchange for damaged ID card. Lost and intentionally damaged IDs will have a $25 fee.

If you lose your Bulldog ID Card, visit idcard.ferris.edu, click on FAQ on the side navigation menu, and follow the instructions to deactivate your card.

Caring for your Bulldog ID Card

• Keep it in a safe carrying case (wallet or card holder).
• Keep it away from magnets and computers to avoid magnetic damage.
• Do not punch holes in your card.
• Do not expose to water or excessive heat.
• Do not allow anyone else to use your card.
• Do not leave your card in an unsecured place.

Parking Services are available 24/7 online. For the fastest services use the links below to access the online portal. We are also available at the Bulldog Service Center at the lower level of Ferris Outfitters in the David L. Eisler Center.

Visitors to campus may order a guest parking permit via the MyParking Portal link.

Campus Auxiliary Services would like to introduce a new ability to track attendance for use at events or in the classroom through Atrium, our new campus card software, beginning in May. For questions and/or a demonstration of the Atrium Reader, please contact Ali Molnar at [email protected] . To request an “Atrium Reader” website be set up for your department, please fill out this form. The Bulldog Service Center is located on the lower level of Ferris Outfitters in the David L. Eisler Center. Once you enter the store, you can either walk down the stairs or take the elevator to the lower level.
