Arizona Collection Agency Licensing Requirements:

If your company is providing debt collection services in the State of Arizona (AZ), you may be required to have a Collection Agency License issued by the Department of Financial Institutions.

License: Required
Bond: $10,000-$25,000
Fees: $1,500 for original license application

• Original license renewal: $600
• Branch office application: $500
• Branch office renewal: $200
• Changing the active manager on a license: $250
