ACT Protective Services LLC is a family-owned firm providing all aspects of physical security. We were established in October 2013. ACT has grown to a staff of 30 guards working in varied industries. We are licensed to operate in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, with offices in North Andover Massachusetts, Salem, and Laconia New Hampshire.

• Unarmed guards are trained in standard security protocols, customer service, de-escalation techniques, and our client's specific needs and concerns.
• Armed guards receive additional live fire training, qualification annually, defensive driving, surveillance/counter surveillance, and de-escalation techniques. Armed guards are also issued body armor and a body-worn cameras. All guards act in a professional, confident, and friendly manner while maintaining professional distance at all times.
• At ACT, we strive to exceed our client's expectations by maintaining open lines of communication with the client and being proactive. This allows us to correct a problem before it escalates.
